How to get the most out of your massage.

  • Pick a time that works with your schedule and is convenient for you. 
  • Hydrate. Add a little more water to your daily routine. 
  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your massage.
  • Dress for the occasion. Nothing too complicated. The easier the better. 
  • If you are not comfortable let your massage therapist know so we can fix it. You will have a better outcome if you are comfortable. 
  • Give yourself 5 minutes to get adjusted while you are on the table and just breathe, relax and enjoy.
